Carlisle Bay is a crescent shaped bay and natural harbour on the west coast of Barbados. As the main harbour adjoining the capital city Bridgetown, Carlisle Bay was once full of merchant vessels, particularly those of the British. Today you'll find catamarans and luxury yachts anchored here.

Speightstown
Speightstown, also known as Little Bristol, is the second largest town center of Barbados. It is situated 12 miles north of the capital city of Bridgetown, in the northern parish of Saint Peter.

Bathsheba
Legend has it that Bathsheba, wife of King David, bathed in milk to keep her skin beautiful and soft. Legend also says that the surf covered white waters of Bathsheba, Barbados rich in minerals and life is said to resemble Bathsheba's bath in both appearance health giving value.
This is the rugged east coast of Barbados, where visitors come to breath the air, soak in the invigorating Bathsheba Pools and feel alive.

Oistins
Oistins is an active fishing town on the south coast and is a hub of activity on weekend nights.

On Friday night particularly, the big thing to do is go to the fish fry at Oistins Bay Gardens. The food is the main draw - excellent fish, (tuna, swordfish, marlin, mahi-mahi, flying fish), lobster, chicken etc served in an extremely informal setting. You can get your fish grilled or fried depending on which vendor you choose from. It's all cooked on the spot in front of you.

Dover
Dover Beach is located in middle of the popular St.Lawrence Gap, on the south coast of the island.
The wide and expansive beach is popular for a variety of watersports including Hobie Cat sailing, jetskiing, boogie boarding and even windsurfing.
Although there are no strong currents in the area, the sea is quite active. A lifeguard is on duty at the beach to ensure your safety.

Rockley Beach
Also known as Accra Beach, this very popular south coast beach offers a combination of exciting waves and calm swimming.

The southern end of the beach is perfect for smaller children, as there is a pool-like area protected by rocks that break the force of the waves. For older children the thrill of boogie boarding on the crested waves awaits!
