A lovely cooking class with some delicious food
JPR2424, 01-06-2022
Melanie was great and welcomed us into her kitchen for a Bajan cooking class. We made fried flying fish, mac pie, cou-cou and a quick salad for an amazing lunch. Everything was really easy, the recipes were all up on the board and she guided us through the process. Once everything was ready, we got to eat the delicious lunch we prepared with a few beers.
All in all, a fantastic afternoon.
Bajan cooking course

A very knowledgeable chef. She was patient with us and I really learned a lot. I would highly recommend her course for anyone who wants to get immersed in Bajan cooking.
Great Great macaroni pie

We very much enjoyed our cooking class. The real standout was the macaroni pie, completely unexpected, as it was so much better than any we had been served previously. There were a few timing issues, for example we should have cooked all the deep fried muffins (delicious) before we cooked the fish. However, classes are just starting up again after the cv19 hiatus. I know the bumps will get smoothed out quickly.
