Best Ever Tropical Gardens
CORAL_S, 13-01-2020
We have viewed many tropical gardens in the Caribbean but Hunts garden was fantastic. The plantation house was beautiful and had interesting history. We would recommend this tour ending in he Rum Distillery in the gardens of the Plantation house.
Excellent Tour - Blown Away

Thje tour got off to good start, my wife and were the first pick up at our hotel, The driver Webster, greeted me, are you Bens Dad, (my surname is Stokes) The talk then revolved around cricket. The joking continued for the entire trip and was of great amusement to all the other passengers, Webster referred to all the passengers throughout the trip and was very knowledgable on local history. Our firststop was Hunte's Gardens, it has been created in a huge sink hole where a cave roof has collapsed, the owner almost single handed has created the most beautiful tropical paradise with all sorts of different areas. We also met Mr Hunte whi;lst walking round the garden, what an amazing gentleman.
We then moved on to St Nicholas Abbey which in fact is an old plantation house where they now make their own brand of rum, very tasty, the history of the house is fascinating, one of the previous owners I believe is Benedict Cumberbatch's great great grandfather. Altogether a brilliant half day. Big Thanks to Webster our driver.
Great tour

Booked on line while sitting on the hotel balcony, got a confirmation straight away with a follow up e mail giving me the time of pick up and asking if I could confirm so very happy with the way it was booked,on the day our transfer driver was on time very polite and informative and took us to our meeting point where we met our tour guide and driver Ryan.
We visited Huntes Gardens which was so gorgeous and a must to visit,we stopped at Bethesda, the sugar mill and cherry tree hill for photo stops then onto St Nicholas Abbey.
Here we managed to get the house tour along with the rum distillery but ran out of time to watch the video on the history of the family,we only managed to get a little tasting of the rum and I didn't have time to shop in the gift shop which was a shame for me as this is always something I like to do.
I appreciate there is a time set into these tours but felt the end was a rush but Ryan on the return again was so informative on giving us information on the island and explaining and pointing out various things it was a very good tour and has left us with other things to do when we return.
I would definitely use Glory Tours again and feel confident on booking on line again so thank you for making our trip enjoyable.
