The All-Inclusive Sandy Bay Beach Club is famous for friendly, courteous service in an intimate seaside setting. We're the perfect size resort - small enough to know each guest by name and big enough to provide the amenities you expect. We want you to feel extremely comfortable and very welcome here. We wish to help you totally enjoy your long-awaited holiday. We want you to leave our island in the sun happy, rested, and looking forward to your next Sandy Bay vacation.
At Sandy Bay Beach guests are within walking distance from shopping, supermarkets, nightlife, banks and other services. Public transportation is available right at the main entrance of the resort.

A la carte fine dining restaurant (local and international cuisine) is open daily for dinner only. Reservations must be made and guests are entitled to one dinner per week in this restaurant.
Blush Beauty Box
Blush Beauty Box located in the lobby at Sandy Bay Beach Club, offers a uniquely quiet and relaxing experience centred in, but separated from, the lively atmosphere of the hotel.
It is a small, peaceful salon offering highly personalised and professional treatment in attractively decorated surroundings. The two beauty therapists operating there observe the highest standards of hygiene and you can be confident that all of the equipment is always thoroughly sterilised.
A full range of services are available and include our signature ‘Blush’, paraffin and luxury manicures and pedicures, gel and acrylic nails, facials, facial and body waxing, professional make-up for special occasions, eyebrow shaping, eyelash and eyebrow tinting and the very popular “Indian Head Massage.”
Activities
Sandy Bay Beach Club
has a full-time Activities Coordinator, and babysitting services are available. Tennis and golf are very nearby. Horseback riding, bicycling, fishing, scuba diving and sightseeing excursions are all available. At Sandy Bay Beach Club you are within walking distance of the famous Graham Hall Nature Sanctuary.
There is also snorkelling, boogie boarding, football, beach volleyball and a variety of beach games available on our wide and beautiful beach and swimming, in our freshwater pool. For those who enjoy windsurfing, it is available for a fee. Just contact the activities desk or water sports for further information. There's a lot to do, or nothing at all...

All-Inclusive Rates are in USDollars per room per night, based on the number of persons.
(VAT and Taxes included.)
There is a US$ 1.00 per person per night Tourism Enhancement Fund payable locally by guests.
Rates, taxes and service charges are subject to change without notice.
Pre-payment requirement.
Children: In either a One or Two Bedroom Suite, children between the ages of 4 and 12 Years will be charged US$ 85.00 per child per night year round, with the exception of the periods
April 7th to incl. 30th, 2007 is US$ 97.00 and July 30th to Aug. 26th, 2007 is US$ 89.00
All-Inclusive Programme includes the following:

Mandatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner Supplement for the night of December 31st, will be US$ 85.00 per adult. Children US$ 43.00.
Golf: All guests receive Preferred tee-off times and 15% discount Green Fees at Barbados Golf Club.
Cancellation policy:
December 16th to April 6th - 3 (three) nights if cancelled less than 14 nights prior to arrival. During the period April 7th and 30th (incl) no cancellations accepted. Full fee will be charged for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
All confirmed reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of US$ 50.00.
"No shows" will not be refunded.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm / Check-Out 12:00 noon
Early Check-outs All year 1 night's charge.
Late check out: Between 12.00 - 3.00 pm an automatic surcharge of 50 USDollars will be added. After 3.00 pm an automatic surcharge of US$ 100 will be added.
Travel insurance is always recommended.
Deposit Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
Liability
Internet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Travel Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
