Coconut Court Beach Resort, family owned and operated for over 20 years offers guests a delightful setting and an equally pleasing and relaxed atmosphere.

Pool Deck
The Pool Deck area consists of a medium sized pool, a children's pool and a toddlers pool.
The seating area around the pool is shaded from the tropical sun by umbrellas and palms, also having many areas for lying in the sun to top up your tan. Waiters and Waitresses offering you a long cool tropical cocktail to quench your thirst. A variety of snacks are available throughout the day. During some evenings the pooldeck comes alive with live bands, Tuesday evenings.
The Managers Punch Party is held on the pooldeck. Your chance to meet the and mix with the hotel management.
The pool deck also has a safe childrens pool and a toddlers pool.
Restaurant & Bars
Enjoy delicious Caribbean and International Cuisine at The Deck Restaurant at Coconut Court Beach Hotel! This restaurant is offering a magnificent beachfront dining atmosphere and there are several evenings with entertainment and specialties on the menu, sure to tempt your tastebuds. The Deck Restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. Your favorite cocktail is being served with a smile at De Rum Shoppe from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm or at The Seagrape Beach Bar from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. This is where you will want to relax, mingle and make new friends!
Coco Kids Club
Monday to Friday. 9.30am - 4.30pm Free to all hotel guests, optional light lunch US$5, Staff experienced in child care, Great option for a retreat out of the sun.
The Coconut Court Beach Resort offers a wide range of daily activities for children. These activities are aimed at the 4 to 12 year age group.
The Hotel's Marine Education Programme offers children an opportunity to interact with marine life.
A baby-sitting service is also available in the evenings.
The Coconut Court Beach Resort will offer an extended Kids care taking service to guests during the peak seasons of Easter, summer and Christmas. This new programme will allow parents to leave their kids with our trained, professional staff, free of cost, until 10:00 pm. Our staff will attend to kids until 1:00 am, at a fee of US 5.00 per hour, for each child.
Our existing kids programme is held in a fully air-conditioned recreation room, which is well equipped with board games, video games, children's toys, table tennis and pool tables, a separate Cable TV room complete with a selection of videos & a small library.
This family oriented resort is continuously evolving to please every member of the family.

Coconut Court Beach Resort is situated on a lovely sandy beach overlooking the tranquil turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and is centrally located on the lower South Coast of Barbados, one and a half miles from the capital, Bridgetown and two miles from St. Lawrence Gap.

Special Clause for Cricket 2007 period:
A deposit of 50% is required for confirmation of all bookings received for the Cricket 2007 period. Any room which is booked during this time, which is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, will forfeit the deposit.
Third person surcharge is for persons 12 years and older. A child under 12 years stays Free. If there are 2 children in a room between the age 3 to 11 years, the third personcharge will apply. Cots are Free.
Meal Plans per person per day:
Breakfast US$ 16.00
MAP (Breakfast & Dinner) US$ 47.50
Children 4 to 12 years receive 50% discount on meal plans, children 3 years and younger are Free.
Cancellation Policy:
Must be notified within 2 weeks of arrival. If not notified a 3 nights deposit in the winter will be taken and 1 night is taken in the summer.
Deposit Requirements:
When the reservation gets confirmed, a proportioned percentage will be charged as a deposit. The balance will be charged by the hotel directly.

Personal checks are not accepted.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
