Facilities
The resort boasts an extensive array of facilities for the leisure or business traveler. There is a Business Center and a Internet Cafe at the resort. Facilities include: Chattel Plaza, Gift Shop, Convenience Store, Beach Clothing Stall Self Service Laundry, Internet Cafe, Business Centre, Car Rental Desk, Library, Taxi Stand, Hair Salon, Slot Machine Arcade.
Kids Club
Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are provided for in our new Kids Club. Enjoy your holiday knowing that you children are well taken care of by professionally trained personnel. The well structured program includes games, indoor and outdoor activity and educational sessions.
Babysitting service can be arranged outside of the hours of the Kid's Club operation.

You can even sip a drink or a cocktail while you relax as the Turtle Nest Beach Bar is close by and the serving staff will ring your request to you.

We have a state-of-the-art, fully equipped Fitness Centre with the modern Cybex equipment. Our air-conditioned Fitness Centre includes the following equipment: Universal Gym Set, Free Weights, Stationary Bike, Treadmill.
Use of our Fitness Centre is complimentary and it is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Garden Gazebo Games Room
Pool/Billiards and football/soccer tables are available in our centrally located Garden Gazebo. Electronic games are available in the games room.
Beach Table Tennis and Volley Ball
There is complimentary use of the beach table tennis for all guests. Rackets and balls can be obtained from the Beach Bar. Guests may play volleyball at no charge. A volleyball can be obtained from the Front Desk. The net is located on the beach in front of the terrace.
Natural Sea Aquarium
Don't miss the opportunity to snorkel in our natural sea aquarium around the barriers in front of the hotel and enjoy a wide variety of colourful tropical fish. The snorkeling equipment is complementary at the Watersports Shop and is also available for sale in the gift shop.

Deluxe studios are more spacious and can hold a rollaway bed for a third person.
Honeymoon Suite
Spectacular oceanfront Deluxe Studio with a king 4-poster bed, love seat, specially selected furnishings and honeymoon amenities.
One Bedroom Suite
Consist of king bed in the bedroom, sofa-bed in the living room, central air conditioning, telephone (international direct dial) with computer outlet, television (satellite) in both the living room (this one equipped with US-standard DVD player) and the bedroom, private bathroom with tub or shower, kitchenette (equipped with four burner stove top, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (coffee available for purchase in the Convenience Store), toaster, pots, pans, cutlery & crockery), hair dryer, ironing kit, clock radio and in-room safe (additional charge), large patio or balcony, garden view or oceanfront.

Same facilities as a Hotel Room except that these rooms have two double beds, elevator access and are designed to conform to American Disability Association (ADA) and international standards for the disabled .

-Continental breakfast will come at a rate of USD 12.00 per person per day.
-Full breakfast will come at a rate of USD 19.00 per person per day.
-Modified american plan (half board – breakfast and dinner) will come at a rate of USD 67.00 per person per day (there is a supplement for lobster).
-Full american plan will come at a rate of USD 75.00 per person per day.
-Full american plan (inclusive of house drinks) will come at a rate of USD 86.00 per person per day.
Minimum Stay Requirements
-During Christmas & New Year, the minimum stay is of 7 nights.

For all reservations
-At the moment of confirmation, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
-If a cancellation is received 16 or more days prior to arrival, an 18% cancellation fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received between 15 and 10 days prior to arrival, an additional 1 nights penalty fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received 9 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount will apply as a penalty fee.
-For cancellations of confirmed bookings over the Christmas & New Year period, no refunds will be made.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
-No refunds for early departure.
Children Policy
-Children under the age of 2 can stay for free sharing parents’ room.
-The first child under the age of 12 can stay for free sharing parents’ room.
-The second child aged between 2 and 12 will pay USD 19.00 per day.
Liability
Internet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Travel Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
