The centerpiece of its lush gardens is the large swimming pool, which has a shallow bank for lounging and a swim-up bar for icy-cold refreshments. For the more active guests, there is a squash court, fully equipped gym and of course, we are right on the beach for your swimming and sun-bathing pleasure. Golf is also available only 15 minutes away at the Barbados Golf Club, with which the hotel is affiliated. And, of course our Activities Centre is there to help you plan your every adventure.
And, when the sun sets, it is time to enjoy a true Caribbean night in any of our restaurants or bars – whether it be enjoying cocktails in the air-conditioned comfort of the Sand Bar, or Caribbean and International cuisine in the Coco Patch Restaurant. And, if you want to try something new, step into the exotic Wytukai Restaurant and journey through Polynesia.
Entertainment
Accra Beach Hotel & Resort has a diverse weekly entertainment package which varies throughout the year and caters to a wide cross-section of tastes.
Every Monday night all guests are invited to the Manager’s Cocktail Party. This forum allows guests to make new friends from across the globe and to get up close and personal with the employees responsible for enhancing their Accra experience. It’s a fun time for all involved and, amidst the melodic steel pan music and a steady flow of rum punch and fruit punch, there are the ever-exciting prize draws. Everyone goes away happy and longingly looks forward to do it all over again the next week.
The atmosphere skyrockets on Thursday nights, when our Barbecue and Floor Show swing into motion. On our pool deck, with the sounds of the sea in the background, a live band kicks into gear, playing a variety of music, ranging from calypso and reggae to those ever popular chart toppers. The floorshow reveals the authentic culture of our people and showcases our folklore. One can see fire-eating, the tuk band, stilt walking and the always exciting limbo. There’s never a dull moment as guests anxiously await the limbo competition or being taught how to gyrate to our pulsating rhythms.
Whether entertained by the steel pan during lunch on Sunday or by karaoke at the Lagoon Bar our guests always go away delighted. Jazz sometimes is the order of the evening or even a duet accompanied by the guitar. But, whatever the selection, your stay will be a memorable one. That' for sure!
Dining
Accra Beach Hotel & Resort offers a dining experience unlike any other in Barbados, with three restaurants catering to a variety of tastes.
The Fig Tree, as its name suggests, is nestled in the garden and offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy lunch in an outdoor atmosphere. Its diverse menu ranges from tasty soups, salads and sandwiches, to pizzas or even the special entrée of the day.
The Wytukai, the only Polynesian Restaurant on the island, offers a unique fusion of authentic Polynesian cuisine and South Sea rhythms, with an idyllic setting, in which you are transported through a dining experience unlike any other. Savor delectable appetizers such as our Puu Puu Platter and sumptuous entrees such as our Mount Wytukai Chicken.
The newly renovated Coco Patch Restaurant, with the ocean in the background, serves as an intimate location for a unique culinary experience. Buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner are offered daily and prepared to perfection by our award winning chefs. Every Monday, all guests are invited to the Manager's Cocktail Party, just on the Coco Patch’s terrace, after which they are invited to savor the delectable dishes of our Caribbean Buffet inside the restaurant. Here, you can unwind to the music of the islands emanating from the scintillating steel pan while enjoying the open-air atmosphere.
Our Barbecue and Floor Show kicks off every Thursday and is always a big crowd pleaser. Not only are you treated to an open-air barbecue on the Pool Deck but, you’ll take back the memories of Barbadian folklore - limbo, fire-eating, stilt-walking and a live band.
To accompany our culinary works of art we offer a wine list which boasts over sixty varieties of wine from around the world; chardonnays from Australia and Chile, Beaujolais from France, Cabernet and Chiantis from Italy and South Africa, just to name a few.
The exquisite dining experiences of the Accra Beach Hotel & Resort, often accompanied by tropical music, and even the sultry sounds of jazz and vocal renditions, continue to be the defining factor between just an ordinary vacation and a quality experience to be remembered.

Accra Beach Hotel And Resort currently has 146 rooms including 6 luxurious Penthouse Suites, all beautifully decorated in tropical pastel prints and handcrafted furniture. There are now seven room categories – Island View, Pool View, Ocean View, Island View Junior Suite, Deluxe Ocean Front Suite, Pool View Suite and Ocean View Penthouse Suite.
All rooms are fitted with Cable/Satellite TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, hair-dryer, coffee percolator, direct-dial telephone, safe, bath-tub/shower and a balcony. High speed internet access is now available in all Pool View rooms and suites, Deluxe Ocean Front Suites, Ocean View Penthouse Suites and select Island and Ocean View rooms.
Standard Rooms
They are either configured with a King-size bed or two Twin beds in the Island and Ocean View categories and can accommodate a maximum of three persons; whilst the Pool Views are fitted with two Double beds and can accommodate a maximum of four persons.
Island View Junior Suite
They are fitted either with a king bed, two double beds or two twin beds. Since these rooms also feature a living room area with a sofa bed, they can accommodate up to four persons.
Deluxe Ocean Front Suite
They are fitted with a King bed and a sofa bed. These rooms comprise a mini fridge and a Jacuzzi on the balcony and are located close to the beachfront. They can accommodate a maximum of four (4) persons.
Pool View Suite
They are two bedrooms units, each with a private bathroom and connected by a central living room. A sofa bed allows for a maximum of six (6) persons. These rooms come with mini fridges and a Jacuzzi on the balcony.
Ocean View Penthouse Suite
They hace all the features listed for the standard rooms plus added comforts. Suites are split level – a living room with a sofa bed and bar area on the lower level and a bedroom accessed by an internal stairway. Upstairs is a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and glass sky-light, shower stall, a double vanity basin and a King-size bed. Suites can accommodate four (4) persons comfortably.
The hotel has adequate facilities for the handicapped. Ramps are an access feature to all of the facilities on the ground floor, where there is a special restroom. In addition, the hotel is served with an elevator located on the lobby floor. There are several rooms which cater to the disabled by offering handrails and a low bathtub. A room with a drive-in shower can also be requested.

Cancellation Policy
-If a cancellation is received 23 or more days prior to arrival, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received between 22 and 15 days prior to arrival, an additional 1 night penalty fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to arrival, an additional two nights will be charged as a penalty fee.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
-No refunds for early departure.
Children Policy
-Children under the age of 12 sharing their room with 2 adults can stay in the room free of charge.
-Children over the age of 12 are considered as adults.
Liability

Internet Travel Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.

All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
